PSP Worth buying?

I have been considering buying a PSP but i'm not sure if its worth buying.

So i was wondering what every ones opinions on the matter was.

Ye, i would get one. If your thinking of buying other consoles such as PS3, Xbox 360 or PS2 then buy them. But if not the new slimmer version of the PSP is out now. And if you downgrade it or use homebrew you can just download the games.

I have just got myself a psp for crimbo after months of pestering the wife,

I must say i very impressed with it. Its great for taking on long journeys and blanking out the wife when shes watching her soaps.


There are some garphic programs that allow u to create ur very own wallpaper for ur psp... try looking at some playstation website's .. im with some and they have threads like this all the time.

Dont just think about it like that. Buy the latest PSP slim and lite now...

First of all before you buy a PSP Slim

Check in any PSP shops, if they have a way to downgrade a PSP higher than version 3.60, asked them this specifically. If they do then but it and give it to them to downgrade. They will charge a little $$ but it is worth it. Then you can download games for free instead of buying UMD's

You can downgrade any PSP via pandora's battery. But please only download Homebrew and old Emulators. Be supportive and buy the games. You dont want to know the stats of pirated Games, its sad. Sony may have money, but its still nice to support them - We would be living a whole different life w/o Sony!
