Yep, If they stopped using, some times dodgy, models to fill in the gaps[1]. I prefer the style of XBG to OXM, its aimed at at a more mature market. To tell you the truth I actually prefer the DVD with movies to playable demos too. Like the Speed Kings one where the demonstrate the dodgy collision detection. I was hoping for the Halo 2 vid too :-( It think they would be on for a serious winner if they could get Red Vs Blue on the DVD. Say a few to start it then keep, say a month behind the site. And pay the guys royalties to keep the series going for a bit. DVD with play back of games from the magazine is much better than a collection of recycled old demos from previous issues and the bonus that its near enough half the price of OXM too is good. [1] I think this months cover girl must have been a bit rough, as the other half looked at it and said "there is none of her own skin on that picture, its all be touched up". Sure enough there was no skin grain or blemshes at all. Then there is the one inside the cover with the tanned body and white face. It was a bit too much on the makeup. -- GSX600F - Matilda the cracked teapot, gaffer tape included XBL Gamertag - Jokul Wipe off cat poo to reply | |||
