Its a standard mobile phone headset (I use my xbox live headset with
my motorola T720). You may be able to get the diagrams elsewhere, but
its AFAIK a 1.5mm jack so you may be able to get an adapter to 3.5mm

All correct apart from it being a 1.5mm jack ... it's a 2.5mm jack
