Xbox 360 Problem Can't Post

Well, I got a 360, I played it last night fine, mostly Ghost Recon, but today for some reason, I start it up, and the screen stays blue. All the cables are in, the xbox is on, and the only difference I can see is that the light on the ring around the power button isn't on. I hit the reset button, the ring flashes for about 30 seconds and turns off, with no change in the screen. Every cable is in the same place it was when I played it successfully last night, yet it doesn't work.Help Thanks
