New xbox user

I just brought a xbox360 I went to the mall and brought 5 xbox games come
home and discover that they dont work on my xbox. How come they dont put
alabel on the game that it cannot work in a xbox 360??????.

You bought the wrong ones. Not all Xbox games work on a Xbox360, you
need to get games that say they're for the 360.

Xbox is Microsoft's first game machine, they might play with the
backwards compatibility update on the 360.

You will find the list of Xbox games that work on the Xbox 360 here:

It's updated every so often with new games.

To get this support you need a couple a things.

1. A harddrive, as that's where it saves all the game data
2. Connection to the internet to download the updates. I think you can burn
them to a CD as well, but that's a much harder approach.
