| I've read some pretty disturbing stories coming from 360 users reporting all kinds of erratic and random failures on their machines. I read some users are already on their FOURTH(!) Xbox 360; another figure I read suggested 60%(!) of 360s could be faulty. Unlikely, maybe. But still. There seems to be more customer complaint traffic about this console than any other, but maybe that's because it's so "next gen". That's no excuse though; why the hell don't they test these things to death prior to launch??? Fingers crossed they have all bugs ironed out before Halo3 launches; surely Halo3 will be THE defining game for the 360, much like Halo was for the Xbox. If the bugs aren't fixed for the launch of such a big game, I'd hate to be an MS technical support employee when the **** hits the fan. Tim | |||

I dont have many problems with my xbox 360 but there are horror stories and microsoft is very aware of them. One guy went through 6 boxs and started to complain on the microsoft forums and microsoft sent him one that worked perfectly so he would shut up. | |||
