lengthly conversation)
to email CUSTOMER SERVICES

Ive never emailed them, only phoned them up, and they were great on the phone, even sent me a replacement Wireless Controller for free

I wrote Microsoft a letter telling them how awful their customer service is, and also how too many xbox 360's are over heating. I never got a respond from them. I left them my phone number, email, and of course address.

No but Microsoft's customer service is pretty bad. I think Microsoft is offering some kind of warrenty where they will fix your broken xbox 360 for free but I am not sure how long this is going on for. They should have done this a long time agao.

What do you mean? Since it came out you got a 1 Year Warranty where you can send in your 360 and get it repaired for free, and just recently they upped it to a 3 year warranty for the Red Ring of Lights.

We all know this. Microsoft did not even want to admit their xbox causes scratches on the game discs.

After we created public proof in the netherlands in the program Radar (wich is a consumer helping program) they were forced to admit it.

wow really? the time i called they were absolutely horrible. My xbox broke and my game was stuck in the console, it took him 20 mins to tell me how to get it out!! I remember someone tellin me about 40% of xbox's break, which i believe is true considering I'm on my 4th.
