my xbox problem

Someone please help. I have an X-Box that's got problems with the harddrive.
When playing games, it always locks up after i've completed a mission, map,
board, ect. I always have to eject the game, then reinsert it to continue
play. I know it's the X-Box because every game is effected that way. I tried
dealing with EB-Games here where i live. No success *sad*. No i'm appealing
to Microsoft. What can be, should be done for me to rectify the X-Box problem
i have??

Look in you manual for the Xbox support number give them a cal and they will
be able to tell you how to go about getting your Xbox repaired.
In the US just call 1-800-4MY-XBOX (1-800-469-9269).
For other locations got to www.xbox.com and access you local regions support
information.
