Anybody up for a competition

Me and a group of mates play Halo CTF on Blood Gulch every Tuesday
night - link play on two Xboxes in two rooms. We think we are getting
pretty good so if any groups of four out there fancy a challenge then
let me know. We live in Worcester so if you fancy a fight then lets
set something up. If enough people are interested we could set up a
tournament or something - I could organise the location (local pub),
x-boxes, teles, beers - we just need the players! Come on, let me
know if you're up for it!

Perhaps you can download the demo for the PC version of Halo, it contains
the Bloodgulch map which you can play in Slayer and CTF mode

it's fun!! especially with 16 players

Hello, In your posting I read your reference to the Halo PC demo couldn't
resist the temptation to ask you a question or two.
I have no gaming experience at all but a friend suggested I try Halo and he
bet I would like it. I didn't think my cpu was hot enough for gaming but he
said since I do so much photo work with Adobe PS7 I would have no problems.
I run WinXPpro, P4, HT, 3.1 gig, ATI9700VC and SBLive 5.SC. I downloaded
the demo and everything seems to run ok but I don't know what the limits of
the demo are. Either every time I get to where the gal say's "I see a crack
in the wall" or something like that and I go to check it out and end up
getting my a...killed. Is that the extent of the demo or can I go further
if I can keep alive? ha. I can't find an opening in the wall to go into.
