| NOTE: I am turning to this group as I have already called 18004myxbox and tried searching the archives and did not get a satisfying answer. I am 2 month live free trial member and I bought a 12 month card yesterday. Now I need to renew my account with this code ( I believe this is possible) I reached a screen (I think account->subscription->modify) where it game me a choice (Monthly/Annually). i stopped at that screen as I feared, it may charge $49.99 on my card again and i would be left to calling them up to sort out the mess of double spending (as I have already scratched the card I bought yesterday like an impatient freak.) My question is, if I choose "Annually" on that screen, do i get a chance to input my new subscription code and renewing the subscription or do I get charged immediately. Or is there any other option that I need to choose? To my surprize, 800-4my.. did not have a clear answer even after sending me to the next level of tech support. I was treating Subscription code as a title and treating Monthly and Annually as types of subscription code. | |||
