Hi, i just bought a xbox today and it came with the two months of xbox live
and the star wars tetris games. I try to connect online and says that it
needs to update. I when it goes to update it resets and the bar movies like
2 times before it tells me that it is unable to update due to techical
difficults. I called my cable company and they said everything is fine with
the internet. That is true. What could the problem be?

You did say how you was connected to the cable modem, router or direct or
running ics, on windows.
