Playsation is number 1 worldwide

Hello,

It seems that the Sony Playstation 2 is by far the best console EVER in
history. More sales than any other consoles combined, and the games always
sell much more than the ****ty gamecube or pants xbox.

Gamecube is for you bunch of ****ing twit kids, with all your kiddy images
and **** kids games, and the xbollox is just a piece oif **** PC in a black
case - pants.

but xbox rules and ps2 sucks ps2 dont have halo or halo2 lets see who wins
when halo 2 comes out

Actually, it seems as if the Sony PlayStation 2 is the most POPULAR console
EVER in history. It has sold the most, hands down - but that doesn't make it
the best. Best is very subjective, and varies from person to person,
depending on what kind of games they like to play, selection, and amount of
$$ to spend.

I'm sure we could spend aimless hours discussing why the GameCube,
PlayStation 2 & XBox are the 'best', but it would really be a waste of time
since no one seems capable of discussing pros and cons of each without
turning it into a fifth grade pissing contest.

The games sell more copies on the PlayStation 2 as they have the largest
userbase - not because the other two systems suck. Simple math.

Must you associate an 'image' with each console? If you absolutely must
categorize them, do it in a context that makes sense - as in types of games
available. PlayStation 2 is the RPG lovers friend, and the online sports
game lovers friend. XBox is the FPS lovers friend, and the friend of
high-quality online broadband games. GameCube is the home of tried & true
Nintendo franchises, and a host of various other games that can't really be
shoved into one category.

Each console has strengths, each has weaknessess..but each one has some
fantastic games available, and you're just losing out by not allowing
yourself to experience the great games on any of the three.

The PS2 has those? no wonder you like it so much!

I dont think I would want to eat them though - especially not since you have
owned them....

So why haven't MS change Xbox's name to Halo then? isn't that the only
reason Americans bought the system? because MS supports killing and murder?

Don't you realise that your replying to someone that hasn't even entered
highschool yet, not to mention his parents don't supervise his internet
access.

Anyways, its quite stupid to compare this generation, and the last
generation with all consoles that's been launched. 20 years ago, the
industry was on the edge of death til Nintendo entered the market and
launched the NES. Many would say back in that era that the NES was the best
selling or popular console. Now today, the industry is totally different,
just not in hardware and software but in the size of the industry. The
Market back in 1984 was pretty small compared to it today.
