| I'm having problems with mine. Xbox Live Support have asked if I know anyone else who is. On my Xbox the UL: figure is regularly over 9000 Kb which is not right. Anyone else experienced this ? Anyone else getting dropped out of games for no reason ? Have exhausted all my other ideas, including upgrading to 1Mb, connecting direct to cable modem, etc etc etc | |||

I think this is down to XBL being unable to determine your actual upload speed so it just maxes out. I think i read somewhere else that people have noticed unrealistic upload speeds. > > Anyone else getting dropped out of games for no reason ? How often is it happening?? It's not always your fault or any fault of your connection. Unfortunatly there are people about who like to run IP traces to try and access xbox live. This causes problems with the XBL's hosting software as it is incompatible with any additional signals except those sent by the xbox itself. This causes some games to terminate. There are other factors as well, and XBL isn't totally stable all the time either. | |||
