Name Change

is there any way to change the x-box name that you play with........you know
the account name....................the name that shows up for you when you
go to play an online game..........................thanks in advance

That depends, if you are referring to the Gamertag you chose when you signed
up for Xbox Live, then no, you cannot change it. You could always pay
another subscription I guess.

If you are referring to the name given to your xbox during Xbox Link play,
you can change that using a couple of games.

I prefer it if the gamertag can only be used. I keep my nickname the same
in Wolfy as my Gamertag so people can identify me. Gets confusing when you
have to find a friend only for them to have a different name in a game.

It says on the xbox website that you are stuck with that name untill you buy
a new starter kit and calling CS will not get you anything.
