| Seems that all my Forza problems are a portent of doom. Really not keen on sending away for a manky refurb. What are the chances of Gamestation giving me a new one (was bought last September) or am I likely to get a "f*** off and send it to MS" after driving 30 miles to the store? | |||

GS are under no obligation to give a replacement, and have the option to send it themselves to MS. Gaz

If you swap the console and don't sign in to XBL, your DLC is unavailable. You can get MS to fix this if you need to change the console. -- gt: This Tree Frog remove stars for email g*a*r*y*c*o*w*e*l*l*a*t*m*a*c*d*o*t*c*o*m

I was in my local GS the other day and someone was getting a replacement. He was told to bring only the 360 and not all the cables. He was then given a new 360 from a new box. So it will be worth ringing them first to see what you need to take in.

Yes, but it is up to them which they do, not you. While i am all for chasing stores to fulfill their SOGA obligations, unless the store is willing to do a straight swap, you are likely to have a much quicker turnaround going direct to MS. Gaz
