Just this minute got the update. Was playing Crackdown and was kicked of
Live, turned it back on and there was an update, then was able to download
Halo 3. Hurrah!

Just need to close a few doors now between my bedroom and 360 or the fans
gonna keep me up :/

Got it midnight EST...although a little rough around the edges (beta,
you know), it's looking and playing SWEEEETTTT! I believe they
extended the public beta to June 20th (4 extra days) which is
positive .
