Yeah, but I'd hoped (stupidly) that after the universal objection to
traffic checking and that it was the first proper next-gen Burnout
things might change. But then they went down the 'big world' path,
which (TDU excepted) universally breaks all games ever, so I don't know
why really.

after playing Revenge last year, i didn't have any hopes for the new
one.

traffic checking just ruined the whole point of the game, and broke it
completely.

And was hence removed from Burnout Dominator so might be absent in BP too

that being said, i enjoyed Takedown, but even then you could feel the
EA-ness creeping in.
