| I never did finish this game back when it was released at the dawn of the original Xbox. Probably got into Halo or PGR at the time... anyway, having problems with the new update. The game now runs. 'Whoopee!', now I can finish it at last. But the problem is that half the sound is either missing or very, *very* quiet. I'm using a Dolby Digital receiver and don't remember having such problems with the old box. I've even tried altering the sound output through the dashboard but the problem seems to come back after another level loads... Does anyone else still have this game (UK/PAL) and if so are they experiencing the same problems as me? Hopefully they'll fix it with the next update in a couple of months, otherwise I'll miss the farting/burping/general daftness. | |||

Hmm, there seem to be a lot of problems, especially in the UK/PAL regions with the latest updates. Hell, i went out and spent £12 on JSRF only to find that the PAL version isnt B/C (doesnt say that on the list) Other problems have been panzer dragoon orta crashing after about level 3, and breakdown freezing near the start of the game. I also got return to castle wolfenstein which does work, altho the framerate gets a little choppy with multiple enemies on screen :-( Come on Microsoft, you were doing so well! SiX | |||
