| Member Level 3 | Is anybody going to get the Nintendo Wii? It's supposed to sell for around $250, making it cheaper (by far) than the 360 or ps3. And it has some great games (like Zelda for instance). I think I might get one. I can buy a 360 and a wii for the price of a ps3. | ||

| Member Level 3 | I saw videos of the nintendo Wii at E3 from videos of the Pure Pwnage special. The nintendo Wii's control is small but detects movements and can be used like the handle of a tennis racket, ping pong paddle, or baseball bat to play such games. Also can be used regularly like a controller. I saw someone using two and playing a game where you were a drummer and each controller was a drum stick. Definatley something new, to look forward to. | ||

| Member Level 3 | Definitely interesting... although the gameplay factor is another question. Just how fun could it get? I'm having doubts about tiring gaming. What if you actually lose pounds instead of gain some fun from the game? Besides, gamers are used to the simple controllers of old. Just a thought that crossed. | ||

| Member Level 3 | I trust Nintendo to have thought of that factor as well, and the workaround would probably be the option of choosing whether to use the stick as a plain old controller or to use it virtual-reality style. It does look promising, indeed! But whether gaming companies will bombard it with games as usual might be another question. What if they don't? | ||

| Member Level 2 | I'm not really a nintendo guy, and $250 sound way to much for any sort of Nintendo model to be honest. I think Playstation and Xbox are in different leagues to the nintendo.. | ||

| Member Level 2 | I'm not much of a Nintendo guy either, but i'm considering the Wii. It's cheap, has a cool controller and is innovative. The only thing I have against it is the fact that most of the games are more for the younger audiences. Whereas the PS3 and 360 have the cool games I love to play. | ||

| Member Level 2 | I have pretty been much a nintendo fanboy from the start and probably will be til the end. So, the Wii will be playing in my house over the expensive PS3 and the lunky 360. That, and it won E3! What more can I say. (Yes, E3 is now a competition. Didn't you know?) | ||
