I thought SuperRunabout(part 1) *was* Felony 1179, then SuperRunabout 2 was actually called Super Runabout 2. I don't know, I've always been a little confused on that... At any rate, Super Runabout 2 is over at the local Blockbuster, for PSX for $9.99.
