Woke up this morning looking forward to having my 10mb broadband installed with virgin media. it was installed so i then went through the process of getting online. But guess what?! its not compatable with vista!!!!! Virgin cant do anything so they gave me microsofts number.Then microsoft told me that because its a preinstalled copy it will cost me £40 to speak to them!!!! So now im back with 4mb through my settop box (which acording to virgin shouldnt work either!) and it doesnt recognise my router which means i cant get on xbox live. THEN i turned my xbox 360 on and it had the ring of death!!! Why do the big companies pretend to like the little people but then crap on you from a very big hight?  | ||
