| Member Level 1 | The Nintendo Wii has an internal memory of 24 MB and an external memory of 64 MB, it also has an internal flash memory of 512 MB. 3 megabytes of embedded Graphics Processing Unit texture memory. The Wii has many ways connectivity; you have Wi Fi that allows you to connect to the internet, Bluetooth that allows you to connect to wireless devices, and 2 USB that allows you to connect to widespread components, LAN adaptor allows you to connect to local area networks wired or wireless. When the nintendo Wii is on the power consumption is of 18 watts but when switched to stand by the consumption is of only 1.3 watts. which is proven to be eco friendly. | MK PitStop Member | Ultimately what you're gonna get on PS3/360 is the same. Wii isn't even in the running. Ever heard of a good Wii game that didn't have an Italian plumber? Anyway, I'd say PS3 is better over 360 because it physically has so much more potential with performance and whatnot, whereas 360 is like at it's peak. Developers need to utilize the PS3's capability though before it can truely dominate, though this is partly at the fault of Sony because they havn't released ANYTHING showing it's true potential. Unless such a day arrives we will be left with the types of games we have now, which will probably seem boring if developers did create some immense stuff for the PS3. | ||

| Member Level 1 | The ps3 is easily the best out of them all. it has blu ray which initially costs around $400 so thats two thirds of the console paid. and the graphics are better than the 360. the ps3 have sd card and flash slots and 4 usb slots. and 360 games can only store 15gb on the disk ps3 games can hold upto 50gbs due to blu ray (big difference) ok the online is not as good but its still great no lag what so ever when i play and the ps3 is reliable. yes thats right no red ring of death. so pay that $100 extra and get a ps3 and i know this all from experience ive had them both before and i know that more games are out for the 360 but the ps3 is the ultimate entertainment system. and for the wii its not in the same league. i mean its abit of fun for when your freinds come round but if your over 12 id suggest not getting one unless your an old nintendo fan and titles such as zelda and mario interest you. | ||

| Member Level 1 | From a gameplay standpoint it's hard to beat the innovations being accomplished by the wii. It's likely that sony and microsoft's next gen consoles will try and combine their superior graphics with the wii's fun motion controls. However, that was not nintendo's intention. They wanted to release an affordable system so that users could use extra saved money for constantly evolving controller devices--such as the balance board. To this end, Nintendo succeeded, and made a bold statement: It's not about power and graphics, but gameplay. | ||

| Member Level 1 | Each have their pro's and con's, and accordingly you need to decide which best suits your needs (maybe the answer is all 3). The wii is fun and unique. It offers a completely different playing experience than the other systems, with less of a focus on graphics and more of a focus on developing unique gameplay. It's good to have for parties. The PS3 is the most powerful of the bunch. If you want the best eye candy then this is where you go. THe xbox360 is also powerful, but not as powerful as the ps3. However it has a distinct price advantage as well as a far larger and higher rated game library. You can't go wrong with an xbox due to it's great software support. So there you have it. Do you want to try something new. Go with the most powerful. Or go with the sure thing. I've played them all, and they are all worth having in their own respects. | ||
