even though i prefer the wii. i will argue with it. the xbox 360 and ps3 have a far greater porcessing power than the wii far better graphics. far smoother online capilitys

All very true, one downside about the wii is the memory, the Xbox 360 comes with a hard drive, and can be extended to a 120gb hard drive, rather than only 512mb.

The processor is quite poor on the Wii, and is slightly more than the Xbox.

The downside of the xbox 360 is it doesn't have motion senors, but that defeats the object of the audience since its made for gamers, rather than a family based.

3. the motion sensor is not as good as you say, as the sensor can sometimes not respond to the moves you make if you do them too fast, and you would probably say do not move as fast, well then where is the reality in doing everything in slow motion. also you can still be a slob because just sittin in a chair and moving your hands in the same way still lets you play the game.

loads of people download these games due to the fact there were and still are great games proving graphics are not everything. a game may have the best grphics ever but if the gameplay is poor the game will fail. there are 1000s apon 1000s of people that download these games

Yer that is true but th e point of the Wii is not the graphics but the game play and when it come down to it the game play for game such as
1. Mario cart
2. Super smash bro brawl
3. House of the dead 1 & 2
4. The Legend of Zelda twilight princess
5. Wii Sports

I/O slot - USB 2.0 ports and a bay for an SD memory card
-built-in flash memory as well as for viewing pictures straight off of your digital camera

Networking & Internet connectivity
-wirelessly through an 802.11b/g wireless networking adaptor or using a USB 2.0 LAN adaptor

Backwards Compatibility
-has a built in emulator for a huge back catalogue of titles

3. the motion sensor is not as good as you say as it does not react to every move if you move to fast, so you just do everything in slow motion. right? well, where the reality in that? and it doesnt stop you from being a slob as you can just sit on you chair and play because the sensor allows you to keep playing as long as you move your hands in the same way as if you were standing.
4. it good how the system storage can very from 64, 256, or 512 MB on the Memory Card
5. allot of consoles allow the link up of any controllers.
6. why play old games when you can play them new.
7. the expansion slots are good.

In my opnion, they are both equally good consoles.
However, the Wii was built to be a family console, and uses it's interactivity as a pull for the consumer; the XBOX 360 uses graphics and processing power in order to pull in the punters and get them away from the PS3.
They are both going for different market genres, and this is the reason why they are so different.
BTW, as mentioned in an earlier post, ALL next-gen consoles have backwards compatability

The Wii is the best console.

The Nintendo Wii is one of the best selling consoles around however the graphics on the console are quite poor. The graphics card is a ATI "Hollywood" whoch isnt bad but nowhere near as good as the Xbox 360 or PS3 GPU. The ATI was clocked at 243MHz which is still 50% quicker than the Gamecubes GPU. As most people know 243MHz issn't the fastest which is why the graphics are only ok on the console.

But it is the best because of the wireless remote!!!!1
