The Xbox 360 is the main platform for games developers to edit and make new games for, this is because is was released earlier than the Playstation 3. This gave the games developers more time and experience to push the Xbox 360's limits to the max to reach photorealistic graphics using the 3 cores and advanced 512mb of memory. The only thing i like about the Playstation 3 is that you can store ALOT more data on the blueray discs, (holds 50GB). I think if you have the developers for the Playstation 3 more time the graphics and gameplay will be alot better then the Xbox 360. This is becuase the Playstation 3 could utilise alot more power using faster 256XDR ram and more cores. | |||

| Member Level 1 | i do admit that there are many overheating problems with the 360, i have sent back 2 of my own and brought an elite instead of sending the 3rd back, but i still keep going back to the 360, its the controller is so easy to use, the gameplay is so smooth, and wile you are playing on single player, you can still chat with your friends over xbox live, i dont think that is possible on the ps3??

| Member Level 1 | has anyone got the nintendo wii, as i need to find out about any pros or cons. the main things i have found out are: The Wii controllers can sometimes appear very slow when operated to close to the sensor bar. The system does not respond well to some movements. No matter if you are sitting on standing, you can still play the game as long as your arms are doing the correct movements. The console is very expensive. The extra controllers are expensive. have you got any other views? | ||

| Member Level 2 | The PS3 Does have a messaging facility. that does allow you to chat to your friends. although am unsure wether or not it is possible during single player. | ||
