These statistics appear to be a little inflated... What is the counter set to? Most sites use 5/10/15 minutes for their who'se online timer. This one appears to be set for hours and hours as it will say the same people are online all day. And while it appears many of us are on, the members listed under "who visited today" is not so high.

And it is hard for me to believe that with 1500 guests you can not get more than a few registrations a day.

Is there a history on this website somewhere? Was it recently aquired by another owner who left it for dead?

Well if you look at the guest statistics, many of the guests are bots since this forum doesn't separate guests from bots.

What are you talking about. How on earth are there 1000+ bots visiting this forum. Another statement made by you with no foundation, no support, and completely wrong. Google bot visits my site daily, yahoo, msn, and every other major search engine. The most i've ever had was a fluke and normally I can get spikes from about 70-80 users that some of them may be considered bots, but numbers in the thousand is a ridiculous claim.

the settings are high but this is for a test I am doing, I do SEO and want to see something.

As for our Bots we get them every day and more than once, google come every 10 min's, and yahoo more than them.

Guests to this site is a very high count also as we rank top for keywords. thanks for the report on this though

I've had enough of you trying to discredit my posts. Why don't you use your 2 magical eyes and click on the visitors to this site and then tell me whether the majority are yahoo slurp spiders or not. Before you criticize, spend 2 minutes reading first.

And don't accuse of me writing for the $ when you coincidentally joined yesterday and already have 90 posts. Wow isn't that amazing that you're writing an awful large number of posts in 2 days.

I'm the third person to discredit your posts. Obviously there is some validity to my desecration of said posts.

My posts are two even three times as long as yours... I've spent a LOT of time doing this, staying up late hours to get ahead last night... I couldn't sleep so I just kept posting.

The majority of them are small, one lined phrases that contain no PURPOSE. Some do, obviously, and great job to you there.

Now go to my profile and search my posts. the majority of them have context that can not all be ready within one line of reading viewing the all posts... unlike yours.

That is what my two little magical eyes see. The negativity is towards your posts... not you as a person.

Quality does not mean paragraph posts. I help others and do the best I can even if some of my posts are 1-2 lines long.

And thank you for not commenting on my point about bots being a large portion of the 1100 guests. I guess you don't say anything when you're wrong.

Exactly, exactly. That is the point of the contest. Draw in more users to get more activity.
