What about an Arcade section?

Since we have gaming sections, why not have an arcade section, complete with high score tables from users? Games could range from flash games to java games, whatever is available.

I'm pretty sure it'll give a community boost, as well as support its foundations. (Okay, enuff, I'm sounding a bit political here.

)

I second this motion! An arcade for us game freaks!

MK - Yes, I think that's what he means. A lot of forums have done this already. It's just a bunch of flash games that have high score uploadability (is that a word?), so there'll be some friendly competition between us gamers in the boards.

Even if it's just a simple game of tetris.

I would actually prefer playing here while around than go visit another site. Then maybe we can even post scores.

What about a poll just to get an assessment of whether it is worth trying out or not?

OK arcade section has been added so that all members can use it, I will add lots of games ASAP and there will be some more things added and sorted very soon.

Please report any bugs so that they can be sorted thank you

Wow that was fast. Good job Karl!
Liking the whole scoring/high scor system. I don't think we need too many more games - so long as we have Tetris, Snake, Space Invaders and Asteroids I'm happy.

EDIT: I also like what you've done moving the Posts in the last 24 hours links - they take up less space now but are still easily accessible.
