Marketing a website to increase profit and sales

Are you a marketing expert, I am not but I do know some tips on increasing website sales to increase your profit.

My tip is, add to the cart section of your website a small list of products under a title saying other customers also purchase one of the following with the items that you have in your cart. (or something along them lines)

Doing my tip can increase sales by 35% and this has been tested to get the test results.

What always draws me in are E-coupons. I heard that it could really boost sales on your site. I don't know how it's all set up, but I know as a customer I go bananas for a good e-sale

Candybee your right I also find that E-vouchers really do up sales, the best way for it is if you deliver your products let the buyer buy there first item then send them a % off voucher in the post with the item for there next order

If it is a big amount off there next order then you can be sure that they will buy again, then the trick is to be as fast with the delivery as you was on the first order and it will show them that your company is a good running company and should help in lots of ways like:

Spreding the word
more sales
More people looking at the site
and more customors
