Is this really true? I don't think somebody is stupid enough to ask a very small investment and pay you huge money.

If you just join I would say you should study first the site before investing money with theme because it is really look like too good to be true and I guess it is. I mean you are talking about million figure in here and if they are not scam they would not be adverting this in here.

Good luck to you though because I will not bite this. Its just waste of time I reckon.
