I was a member of gomezPeer for a few months, but after having 79 cents on my account like FOREVER no matter how long I kept my computer on, I decided to drop it.
Just let me know if you ever get paid, and how long it took you to do so. In the meantime, I don't think it's worth it.

So we had to install a program in our computer and turn it on every time we go online? I do think that the rate was too low if we had to turn on the software each day for 20 hours and only gain like $1 permonth. How much is the minimum payout?

Earning just 1$ a month if we keep computer online 20 hours a day will not be acceptable. Its very low. Also they don't activate everyone. So it is better not to join and since we are installing something there is a chance that that program might transmit some information to the server about your browsing habits or some personal information in computer or might download viruses. So it is better not use it.

Thats my most concern about installing something from site I dont know yet. Maybe I should do a googling first about this site at Google, usually lots of people will write a review or something like that. Thanks, siriya.

We cannot even say that the money is low. Low means keeping your PC on ofr 20hours and getting just more than $1.
But in this case its even worse.. $1 for a month keeping the PC on for 20hours a day. That is horrible. I just cant imagine.

Ok well let me explain. This company, Gomez measures the time taken for a computer in a particular country to connect to a website in another particular country. Then they get paid for that information. We will also get paid for doing work for them. The peer helps them complete the job. The peer isn't any spyware and not a tracker. It can be left there without you doing anything and it can work anyway. I don't have any spyware since I started using this program. So there is no problem whatsoever for me using this program. Anyway if you use it properly, you can get $5 per month using 20 hours per day, 5 times more than what you all said. Processing time depends on how much work they give you and how much time is used to complete the task.
Moreover $2 for active new referral is a lot more than what you earn leaving your computer on. Use older computers to save electricity.
