how do i know scam sites is there any site i could join and just enter the site i want to check and know before i wast my efforts and my time

You can check your programs whether it is a scam by checking them in google.com give "is pgm-name is scam" .. From the listings you can come to know whether it is a scam or a legitimate one.

cool i tried it you are right thanks but if i don't find the site scam it might be new like bux3 i think it's scam but not mentioned as scam cuz it's new i'm in it but i doubt they 'll pay

Then you can discuss about them in online forums..They will provide you suggestions regarding whether the site is scam one as many persons might have some prior exp than you with that website....
