I particularly liked the bit where I select the "free" listing, and find
there's a £9.99 administration charge.

The charge is highlighted twice on that page (once in red) prior to
where you are able to select the "free listing" and twice on the next
page as well - it is pretty clear. The listing is free as there is no yearly
charge unlike the second option. There is a difference between a listing
fee and and one-off admin fee.

As I said, I liked it.
We're all in this NG cos we make money from webspace. Never suggested for a
minute anything was hidden.
