Dude, i dont think a list of top dowload managers can be complete without Flashget, DAP, IDM.
I think they have to be rated very highly, you havent rated them atall?
For me 1.Flashget+Flashgot, 2.Internet Download Manager (IDM), 3. Download Accelerator Plus (DAP)
