Well, in my opinion .info is good if you're planning on getting a lot of mini sites where you don't care the visitor to return.
You can create a lot of sites with a bunch of keywords in the domain name and it doesn't matters if it's a .com or .info.
For example, cheapandreliableweightlossproducts.info would be as good a cheapandreliableweightlossproducts.com (just for the keywords in it).
But ya, I like so much more .coms
