Thats the whole point. There is a fake association of people who exactly make fake receipts like paypal. The only difference is that with true Paypal people the money is credited first and then the item is shipped by the seller. In the fake paypal, they give a receipt that the buyer has paid for the item and then dont credit the money unless the item shipping number is given. |
