Hi,

I think of the idea of having vegetables and fruits truck circulating the
neighborhood. Households can now purchase fresh supply daily directly from
the truck which passes by their neighborhood on a daily basis.

Obviously our source of supply will definitely be the local farmers.
Instead of buying in bulk quantities from them, we opt for a joint
partnership with them. The farmer will share both the earnings and the
losses from the selling. We must be competitive in terms of pricing so that
consumer can enjoy fresh supply of food at their convenience and at a
reasonable price.

We also need to have a good distribution line, and storage system, to
maintain the good condition of our perishable goods. One possible solution
would be enlarge our area of service, and having the local community inform
about our service. In addition, a general schedule of our service should be
provided for their reference.
