any map that is on single player and on LIVE Adverserial
can be played on Team Survival by going to create
server>mission>highlight the level (do NOT hit anything,
just HIGHLIGHT)>back out of map select then go to team
survival mode on create server and then go to the same map
name and then hit A or green button. Presto. A huge level
to kill. Be ADVISED. Both teams start out in same spawn so
allow one team to wonder around for a bit ( one minute or
so).
