Christophe,
You can have an Xbox behind an ISA Server (I use it every day)
However, it is not a supported configuration and you will NOT be able to get
any downloadable content (you will have to switch to your Windows PC with
ICS for that)
Just ensure your ISA Server is already working normally for normal web
browsing etc. then follow the instructions at
http://www.isaserver.org/tutorials/xboxlive.html
