FTP, is just a program for you to transfer your files between your computer and the hosting computer ie your webfiles, so u just run the ftp program log in and you will get an iterface two tabs one side will be your pc the other the hosting, then it just a chance of uploading,transfering the files from one to another. If you are famiar with windows explorer you will be fine, Though the setup of your website will allow u to transfer ur files with out the need for FTP |
