Alittle confusing about what your asking but anyhow.
You wont get any appreciable bass from a 4 inch speaker, but what middish
freq's you will get (possibly down to ~100hz) will be maximised if you
ensure the space behind the speaker is totally sealed from the front, and
that you apply some sound deadening to the panel to keep it nice and rigid.
Amp these 4inchers with around 75w rms and a cross over set at around the
100hz mark.
Depending on the type of music you listen to, go for a good 8 or 10 inch sub
box, possibly a sealed one for tight punchy bass in the boot, with around
150rms+ available to it.
