WinOV2 is what you need,
http://www.pocketgps.co.uk/downloads/WinOV2.zip.
This superb util (written by one of our readers) allows you to export OV2
files to a .txt file and vice versa. The help file details the correct
format for this (WGS84, Lat/Lon).
