Be careful when you are over clocking, move it up a little at a time and keep rebooting to see where your system stands, I know its fun pushing systems to the limit but it will eventually shorten the life of your componets and as for cooling, its my life long function to keep systems as cool as possible but without using water, I have a serious problem with water being in my cases, humidity and resistors don't mix, as the CPUs get faster they are actually coming down in wattage that will eventually keep the case a bit cooler...
