Default Photoshop, XP Views in My Documents

Select them all, right-click, choose properties, then "refresh thumbnails"
or, turn off "hide hidden & system files" in the options for any Explorer
folder view, then go to your corrupted folder and delete the now-visible
thumbnail database file. Windows will generate a new one for you.
