Been having some problems lately with the way XP stores my PS images.

I generally keep my Photoshop renderings in the My Pictures subfolder
of My Documents, alternating between the Filmstrip and Thumbnail
views. Oddly enough, however, about 10% of the pix have the wrong
names in the miniaturized view; i.e., they have other file names, not
the ones they were originally given. Perhaps I've stated this badly.
What I mean is that about 10% of the file names do not accurately
represent the correct corresponding picture, but show something else,
a totally non-related picture.

In the larger viewframe names and pictures match; just not in the
smaller. This makes it difficult for me to access the pictures I want
from within Photoshop since the wrong name is attached to various
pictures.

Does anybody know how to correct this or why it is happening? Has
anyone else had this problem? I honestly think this is a problem with
XP, but since it involves how I utilize Photoshop, I thought I would
ask it here.
