Yes, if I'm doing those from scratch, but what about editing
old photos to look like that? Kingdom already mentioned
dry brush, but that's not what I'm looking for. It did something
like that on lo-res picture but I haven't tried hi-res pictures
yet. Filters sometimes give quite different results depending
on resolution and picture size.
