PentiumIV 2,0GH 20GBATA 256RAM intel desktop Board D850GB

i have recently reinstalled my windows xp home and than i noticed that
my CD with drivers was broken. On the website of the developer i have
found such a notice:

"End of Interactive Support Announcement
These products are no longer being manufactured by Intel.
Additionally, Intel no longer provides interactive support for these
products via telephone or e-mail, nor will Intel provide any future
software updates to support new operating systems or improve
compatibility with third party devices and software products. "

However i have found some older drivers but they don't want to install
and i don't know why? I have sound card integrated with board
(soundmax) and i don't know how to make it work...

i would be grateful for any advice
