yes, but how many leechers are there? the tracker will limit/assign
connections to try and stop the data received being a garbled mess
made up of hundreds of little pieces from loads of seeds.
if you're the lone leecher, then i'd imagine something weird's going
on, but in my experience, the more leechers there are, the fewer seeds
you'll connect to.
