Take your time leave the MCV alone it never gets damaged unless you move it,
build up your forces.
wipe out the North East tank producing base capturing some of the buildings
if you can.
Then wipe out the Western base the one that churns out hundreds of troops.
Then just clean up the remainder of the city and you'll have free passage
back to the base.
