Default Broken 360 out of warranty

Sale of Goods Act is your friend - particularly the part that states
that something should last for a reasonable length of time - 6 years
for TVs AFAIR - and if the fault has been caused during manufacture,
it's up to the retailer to repair or replace.

A console should last a good few years. It has been proven that the
soldering in the manufacturing processes used in 360's is defective as
is the design in the earlier ones. This is the reason for your claim.
