I didn't quote from another post of his, but he said the reason he wanted
free hosting was that he doesn't have a credit card because he's only 15. I
suggested a budget host with *all* of the features he wants, and one that he
can pay for without a credit card. I believe I did answer with "some
solution that meets his requirements."
I forgot to mention that the host I suggested has servers in the US and in
Australia. Since the OP is in NZ, an Australian server might be better for
him.
