Default Who leaves feedback first?

There is and should be no rule, feedback is entirely optional either way.

Personally I reply to feedback left by my buyers for two reasons:
1 - To protect me against idiots but mainly
2 - I can click on the auction link against the feedback and leave feedback
from the auction instead of trawling through all my 'feedbacks I need to
leave'
